Nestled in the rolling Byron Bay hinterland, Lauren and Nick’s wedding at Nutting Hill was the epitome of elegance, luxuryand pure romance. The terracotta villa, with its breathtaking sunset views and endless rows of trees, set the perfect scene for a weekend-long celebration of love. Every detail of their wedding was thoughtfully curated, an effortless blend of moody tones, refined styling, and heartfelt moments.
Their beloved dog, Frank, was woven into every part of the day, a true guest of honor. He sat proudly in the middle of the aisle during the ceremony, as though he knew the significance of the moment. The ceremony feature was a collection of plinths adorned with lush garden arrangements framed the space in an organic, artful way—each piece later repurposed to continue its beauty throughout the evening.
Lauren’s bridal bouquet was nothing short of striking: a bold, dark burgundy cluster of calla lilies, rich in drama and romance, finished with trailing silk ribbons that moved effortlessly in the breeze. Her bridesmaids carried delicate petite clusters of white blooms, mirroring the understated elegance.
Two grand, moody foliage installations anchored the reception, filling the space with deep green tones that brought warmth and depth to the styling. Among them, thoughtfully placed blooms in a palette of deep burgundy, crisp white, and soft greens created a beautifully undone, artful aesthetic. The delicious food began with a stunning long lunch, where guests indulged in an oyster table that felt like something out of a dream. The atmosphere was relaxed yet undeniably chic.
After a heartfelt ceremony and a feast to remember, the couple surprised their guests with a sweet touch - Have a Heart ice creams, served on a silver platter, a nostalgic and unexpected treat that had everyone grinning. And just when the night couldn’t get any more perfect, Lauren made her grand entrance in a chic short reception dress, the ultimate embodiment of effortless glamour and fun.
Under the stars, surrounded by the ones they love, Lauren and Nick’s wedding wasn’t just an event - it was an experience, an expression of their love story told through every flower, every moment, every thoughtful touch.
