The Process

  1. Get in Touch – After you have submitted the contact form, we’ll be in touch within 48 hours to confirm our availability and schedule a quick chat.

  2. Let’s Chat – We’ll jump on a phone call to go over your wedding florals—your vision, colour palette, and must-have details—so I can create a quote that suits your day perfectly.

  3. Your Custom Proposal – I’ll send over a tailored proposal with transparent pricing and a dreamy mood board that brings your floral vision to life.

  4. Lock It In – Once you’re happy, confirm your quote via email, sign our contract and pay the 15% booking fee, then your date is officially locked in with us!

  5. We’re official! - From here, I’m all booked in and it’s another thing you can check off your list. With unlimited email support, we’ll communicate along the way as needed, so if there is anything I can help with never hesitate to reach out during the process.

  • If you love my style - the sooner, the better! I typically book out 6-12 months in advance, especially for peak wedding seasons. If florals are a big priority for you, locking in your date early which not only is one more thing checked off your list early but you avoid missing out on our services.

  • Every wedding is unique and as an average, I like to suggest to my couples around 10-15% of the overall budget.

    My minimum floral spend is $3000 +20% labour +10% GST, which ensures we can source the highest quality flowers, dedicate the time needed to craft thoughtful designs and create a truly stunning floral experience that reflects the care and artistry behind every arrangement.

  • I offer two options:

    • Full-Service Weddings (completely custom, dream-it-up floral magic)

    • À La Carte (a more streamlined, pre-designed option for couples who don’t need all the extras).

    Feel free to have a read on my services page to determine which option is right for your day. Either way, everything is designed in my signature style - whimsical, romantic, and effortlessly beautiful.

  • Absolutely! Once you're booked in, you’re welcome to add more florals. It’s completely natural for your vision to evolve as your wedding day gets closer, which is why we finalise all the details much later in the process. Changes are totally understandable, but just keep in mind that once booked, your floral spend can only be reduced by 10%.

  • All you need to lock us in is your wedding date and venue—that’s it! If you have a rough idea of what you love, that’s always helpful but don’t stress too much. Trends shift, favourites evolve and your vision might change (which is totally normal when booking so far in advance!). We’ll refine all the floral details much closer to your wedding day, ensuring everything feels just right when the time comes.

  • You’re in the right place! You don’t need to know a thing about flowers—that’s my job. I’ll guide you through the process, suggest the best designs for your venue and help you create your dream wedding day.. All I need from you is an idea of the vibe you love and I’ll take care of the rest.
